The model
You organize locally. The network has your back.
A RootsCamp doesn't appear from nowhere — it starts with organizers on the ground who decide to bring their people together. You pick the role, you tell us your availability, and we plug you into a camp that needs what you bring.
Maybe you lead one end to end. Maybe you recruit across silos, or raise the money, or handle logistics, or get the word out. Every camp needs all of these — and no one person does it alone. Tell us what you'll take on, and we'll connect the dots.
