Three ways to show up. A co-host jointly runs a specific camp — on-site, building the agenda with two-plus orgs that don't share staff or a board (you can co-host more than one). A partner backs the network from outside the camp — not event-specific; relationships, in-kind, convening power across states and camps. A sponsor funds the camp.

Anyone can co-host or organize a RootsCamp, anywhere. But this cycle we're putting extra weight behind the states that vote first. If you're organizing in one of them, we want to hear from you first.
The model
Your city. Your debrief. One network.
A RootsCamp is an unconference: the people at camp set the agenda, teach the sessions, and own the outcomes. There's no headliner and no program handed down from anywhere. The only rule is that you build the day together.
You host it locally — a church basement, a union hall, a community college, a Discord server. You recruit across silos, not just your own crew. You debrief the election that just happened. Then you tell the rest of us what you learned, so the next camp is smarter than the last.

No preset program. Attendees propose and vote on sessions. Some in advance. Some on-site.

Micro-grants
Up to $2,500 to lower the barrier — venue, food, childcare, travel. Apply once your camp is submitted with two+ co-hosts.
The report-back
Within 30 days, file what your camp learned. Three lessons and the one spark. It feeds the commons so every camp teaches the country.
